I love using these on a daily basis to support my immune system, especially if I have to go out to the store. For extra strength I use the On Guard + capsules. The mini beadlets I keep on my desk and I love to rotate them with the throat drops. Our whole family uses these also including our kids. This morning I added a drop of On Guard oil in my coffee and it was so delicious 😋
