Here is a picture of my monthly wellness box. I change the content of the box monthly depending on what I need and what my budget is. This along with the vitamins has made the biggest difference in my hair and I have a lot of new hair growth in areas where I had previously lost hair. I also ordered the brightening cream for my skin and the Trim Shake protein powder. I’m not a huge fan of shakes or meal replacements, I prefer real food but it’s nice to have something on hand if a healthy meal is not possible. I love using essential oils as part of my night time self care routine. I change the oils depending on how I feel but this yoga collection is one of my favorites. I like to use the Anchor or Align blends at night time and Arise in the morning or anytime for extra boost.
