I’m so grateful to have these oils on hand and to be able to help my kids if they don’t feel good. There is nothing more empowering as a parent than having tools on hand to help and support their bodies with various things. My favorite method to apply the oils is layering specific oils in specific order on the spine. My kids also know how to use the oils themselves by using the roller bottles to apply them.
