Essential Oils for Healthy Legs and Cellulite
The doTERRA Cypress and Grapefruit essential oils are some of my favorites for keeping the legs healthy. The doTERRA Slim and Sassy is an amazing metabolic essential oil blend and Bergamot is great for promoting healthy skin. I like to mix these essential oils with either my body cream or body oil. Sometimes I also like to do a quick leg massage and take about a teaspoon of fractionated coconut oil in my palm, add the drops of the essential oils, rub my hands together, and rub on the legs. Due to photosensitivity of some of the essential oils used in these recipes avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours after application. I usually have my legs covered so I don’t worry about the sun light issue. I want to caution you not to use these blends and then go lay out in the sun or head to the beach.
