Happy December! I’m so excited for this month’s promos and to share them with you!

Frankincense is my favorite for skin care and for supporting cellular health. I like to just add a drop in my doTERRA moisturizer and apply for anti-aging. I also love to diffuse frankincense or just use a drop on my hands whenever things get stressful or overwhelming. Usage Tips
- Diffuse during gatherings with friends and family.
- To create a refreshing, woody room spray, add several drops to a small spray bottle with water and any other desired oils.
- Combine a few drops with unscented lotion or body butter and apply as part of an invigorating massage.
- Add two to three drops to a warm bath with Epsom salts for a rejuvenating experience at the end of a long day.
