Natural Essential Oil Rodent Repellent
I created this natural rodent repellent spray with essential oils after my husband found some evidence of rodent activity around my car. I didn’t want to use any toxic options so I grabbed the essential oils I had on hand as well as the doTERRA all purpose cleaner concentrate. I use this doTERRA all purpose cleaner concentrate for all my household cleaning. It’s effective, smells amazing and is non-toxic.
After spraying the engine compartment and all access points to the the front of the car with this spray for 2 days in a row, we know longer found any evidence of rodent activity. It’s been several weeks now and everything is still clear so I wanted to share this recipe with others in case you are having the same problem with your car or around your house.
Natural Rodent Repellent Recipe
2 tablespoons of doTERRA On Guard Cleaning Concentrate
20 drops of doTERRA On Guard essential oil blend
20 drops of doTERRA Peppermint essential oil
10 drops of doTERRA cinnamon essential oil
Add to a spray bottle and add water. Shake and spray on the areas you want to protect.
