Getting started with using essential oils can sometimes feel overwhelming and challenging and taking the time to learn one more thing just doesn’t seem feasible. I created this training to be used as a a quick and simple guide to essential oils. It walks you through how to utilize essential oils in your daily life and how they can support you with sleep, stress, digestion etc. The training includes a quick and easy 20 minute training video on how to use essential oils without the overwhelm along with a handout. Please note the training is designed to be used with doTERRA essential oils. If you don’t have these oils yet, you can purchase a kit that I’ve put together just for this training here . The doTERRA oils covered in the video are: lemon, peppermint, lavender, frankincense, oregano, Onguard, Digestzen, Breathe, deep Blue and Tea tree.
