Essential oils are great for any time of the year but here are some tips specifically for summer time. Essential oils are nature’s goodness in a bottle and help support your body naturally. As a certified Health & Essential oil coach, I only use and recommend doTERRA oils for my clients. If you already have doTERRA oils in your home, you can follow these tips. If you don’t, you go here to get started. Please note that these tips only apply to doTERRA essential oils because most essential oils sold on the market are not pure enough to be used internally and won’t have the same potency as certified therapeutic grade oils therefore not having the same effects for your body either.
